1. Let’s make ice cream! In a small zipper storage bag, combine 1 cup half & half, 2 tbsp. sugar, and ½ tsp. vanilla (optional), and then seal the bag. Put 3 cups of ice and ⅓ cup of salt into a larger plastic bag. Put the smaller bag inside the bigger bag and close it.
2. Let’s take turns shaking the bag hard for 7 to 10 minutes. How many times can you shake in a row? My turn! Who shook the most?
